Garden Players Shows

  • Sept 15. Garden Players select kids at Deep Dene (Olivia Slocum Park) on September 15th, 5pm, before a classical concert for families.
  • Sept 21. The Scooches play as part of Queens Metro Fest in front of Aigner’s Chocolate Sept 21, 12-3pm.
  • Sept 28. Betina leads a song creation during Let Freedom Read at First Presbyterian Church of FH, 70-35 112th Street on Sept 28th, 1-4pm.
  • Sept 29. CITG Children’s Fair (2-5), Garden Players 4:30-5pm at The Community House on Sept 29th, 4:30-5pm.
  • Nov 24. Thanksgiving Interfaith Nov 24, 4-5pm at The Community House (GP students & alumni sing Dona Nobis Pacem & This Little Light of Mine.) All are welcome.
  • Dec 15th. Forest Hills Stadium Toy Drive 11:30-2:30 (GP students perform 1pm. The Scooches perform 12:30.)
  • Dec 22. Holiday Concert: From Handel To Hollywood Concert – Select GP students perform with Oratorio Society of Queens at Queensborough Performing Arts Center on December 22nd, 2024 at 4pm. (GP singers selected receive 1 free ticket and a reduced rate on additional tickets.)
  • Jan 26th. GP Winter Concert at The Community House 3pm & 5pm. Tickets go on sale in January.
  • May 17th & 18th. Magic It Up, an original GP musical, at The Community House. Tickets go on sale in April.

Garden Players professional musicians, current students, and alumni gather to put on an inspiring concert full of originals. The Scooches will be our professional band.

Friday classes performed at 3pm.

Tuesday classes performed at 5pm.

Every year we put on an original musical.

 

It takes a lot of fundraising and volunteer crews to put on our shows. Join us by volunteering, putting an ad or warm wishes in the playbill, and making a tax deductible donation!
